Shipping Policy

Where you are, our pieces are coming. Here's what to expect.


Where We Ship

JELLY currently ships within the United States to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping will be available in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand.


Processing Time

Every JELLY product is custom-printed on demand, which means we make your order specifically for you after you place it. Here's the timeline:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–8 business days (US standard)
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–13 business days from order placement

Production times may extend slightly during high-volume periods (holidays, new drops, sales). We'll notify you if your order is affected.


Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping — USPS or carrier of our partner's choice
  • Expedited Shipping — Available on select items

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically. Subscribe to our email list to stay informed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate in the carrier's system after the label is created.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@jelly1513.com.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. JELLY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@jelly1513.com — we'll do our best to update the address if production hasn't started, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building staff, and household members
  2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" before final drop-off)
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If your package is still missing after these steps, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@jelly1513.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos or documentation.


Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Production and shipping times may extend during holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year) and major sale events. We recommend placing holiday orders by December 1st for delivery before Christmas. We'll communicate specific cutoff dates via email and on our store.
