All products, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Colors and details shown on product images may vary slightly due to monitor settings, print processes, or manufacturing variations.

Every JELLY product is custom-printed on demand. Once an order is placed and production has begun, modifications may not be possible.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. JELLY reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: stock availability, errors in product or pricing information, fraud detection, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to the JELLY name, the JELLY logo, the phrase "Jesus' EverLasting Love is Yours," all designs, artwork, text, photographs, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of JELLY LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

Pending federal trademark applications for the JELLY mark and design are on file with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

8. Permitted Use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
